The fire door data pin
The Fire door data pin is installed to each door. Pins can be retrofitted or installed at manufacture. APP users tag in and out to report compliance events with photographs at the fire door.

Events are uploaded to the cloud in real-time.

Records compliant installation events of new doors before handover can be accepted.

Inspection App
Records six monthly fire door inspection events – Door are scored based on risk.

Maintenance App
Records remedial action event including repair and or replacement component.

Fire Officers App
Records score based on likelihood and consequence of risk by location.

• Reports can be exported in excel format or emailed to relevant staff in pdf.

• The system can be integrated with proprietary facilities management software for greater functionality such as works order prioritisation.
