The fire door data pin
The Fire door data pin is installed to each door. Pins can be retrofitted or installed at manufacture. APP users tag in and out to report compliance events with photographs at the fire door.
Events are uploaded to the cloud in real-time.

Records compliant installation events of new doors before handover can be accepted.

Records six monthly fire door inspection events – Door are scored based on risk.
Maintenance App
Records remedial action event including repair and or replacement component.
Fire Officers App
Records score based on likelihood and consequence of risk by location.
• The dashboard shows the complete list of all fire doors in the asset register. Searchable by site, building, floor or door number.
• Real-time data capture means the dashboard is always up-to-date. The responsible person can instantly see a clear overview of compliant doors and any doors with risk.
• Once a compliance event has been sent from
an app, it will become instantly available on
the dashboard.
• The interactive pie chart displays compliance in a very simple way. Clicking through you can see all historical events and filter the results by location, building, floor or door number.
• Interactive street level mapping provides a clear representation of your fire door assets
geographical locations.
• Reports can be exported in excel format or emailed to relevant staff in pdf.
• The system can be integrated with proprietary facilities management software for greater functionality such as works order prioritisation.
