Fire Door Inspection Training
Training on fire doors, final exit doors, essential ironmongery & fire door Inspection process for facilities managers, maintenance teams, housing associations, fire safety advisors, health & safety professionals and commercial building owner operators.
FD Fire Door recognise that having thousands of doors to inspect every six months, as required by law, can be a significant financial burden, that is why we developed our fire door compliance and inspection training course to teach our clients how to inspect their own fire doors.
Endorsed by a UKAS accredited 3rd party certification body*, FD’s fired door inspection training is available on-line or can be delivered in-person at your premises by our knowledgeable, time-served instructors. Following training, delegates go on to be audited to attain 3rd party certificated inspector status.
Your Fire Door Inspection Coach
Our trainers are like a fire door inspction coach empowering you to inspect doors. FD Fire Door clients can use a combination of their own in-house trained inspectors and FD’s competent inspectors to reduce the burden of on-going inspections. FD inspectors will assist your newly trained staff to gain confidence required to competently inspect and risk assess fire doors.
*The UKAS accredited fire door inspection scheme is delivered by Bluesky Certification. (UKAS accreditation number 9143)
This 3rd party certification scheme is based on approving supervisors who then take responsibility for up to 15 fire door inspection operatives.
